Hlavne preto, aby ste mohli pomaly prejs\u0165 k z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm krokom, ktor\u00e9 sa priamo prejavia vo va\u0161om tr\u00e9ningu.  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bezec.eu\/bdtf1d\/\">V prvej \u010dasti<\/a>sme si vysvetlili z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 d\u00f4vody, pre\u010do za\u010da\u0165 beha\u0165 pod\u013ea tepovej frekvencie. Vo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bezec.eu\/bdtf4d\/\">\u0161tvrtej<\/a> \u010dasti seri\u00e1lu sme si vysvetlili, \u010do je to pokojov\u00e1 frekvencia a ako ovplyv\u0148uje n\u00e1\u0161 beh.
