Autori zd\u00f4vod\u0148uj\u00fa presnos\u0165 tohto vzorca na z\u00e1klade rozsiahleho \u0161tatistick\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumu, na ktorom sa z\u00fa\u010dastnili tis\u00edce \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov r\u00f4zneho veku. Tento vzorec sa sna\u017e\u00ed zoh\u013eadni\u0165 individu\u00e1lne rozdiely medzi jednotlivcami a pon\u00faka presnej\u0161\u00ed odhad maxim\u00e1lnej srdcovej frekvencie.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>c) Vzorec 217 &#8211; (0,85 \u00d7 vek)<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n<p>bol vyvinut\u00fd v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdskumu na univerzite v Indiane. Autor upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee tento vzorec je ur\u010den\u00fd predov\u0161etk\u00fdm pre priemerne fyzicky akt\u00edvnu popul\u00e1ciu a nemus\u00ed by\u0165 ide\u00e1lny pre vrcholov\u00fdch \u0161portovcov.
